Students in the sub-Saharan Africa, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and the inner cities of the United States need opportunities to attain, to prevail and help in the growth and development of their home countries and personal well being. Access to well equipped computer labs should be a necessity and not a luxury. Access to these technological tools will require ongoing technical support, upgrades, and hiring Information technology instructors. Lastly, integrating the technology into a meaningful curriculum is also essential.
