About Me
Kate Agishi is the VHF Chief Program Director, Africa. Kate became the Etisalat Nigeria store manager in 2011. She’s an excellent telecommunication manager and very result-oriented professional with a wealth of experience in retail and customer service. She began her career with Etisalat Nigeria as a trainee Sales assistant, but has since then worked as a customer service representative and help desk support, and currently store manager.
Kate maintains a very active presence in her local church and community as an event planner and coordinator for various departments and groups at the church. She also assists in mentoring young boys and girls, focusing on positive activities to develop and impact the lives of young people.
Throughout her career, Kate has also served in roles of increasing responsibility in a wide range of sales categories including strategic marketing techniques, overseeing current and future business growth initiatives, and acts as a liaison between customers and Etisalat sales department. Kate was awarded Best Centre Manager in North1 region (2012) and won the E-mpact award for customer-centricity/Passion for excellency 2013. She brings these entrepreneurial work place skills to bear in her engaging participation in her local Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) where she is a leading voice for continuous improvement in school education standards.
